PURPOSE:To prevent falling off of an active material at manufacture and after completion of a plate, by constituting a cutter such that a cutting member is vertically moved on a flat surface member. CONSTITUTION:A charged plate 8 before cutting under a condition glued with paste papers 9, 10 to its upper and bottom surfaces is fed before drying between a sharp blade 2 of a cutter and a relatively flat surface member 7 having protruding parts 6, 6' in both sides of said blade 2 along its adapted side, and then the blade 2 is moved from the upper to the bottom as shown in the drawing to cut the plate into an individual plate. Then thermohardening resin 4 from a thermohardening resin storage chamber 3 provided in a state of enveloping the blade 2 is pressed out from a press outlet 5 to adhere to or infiltrate into an end part of the plate 8, and then hardened at heat drying to prevent both falling off of an active material in the end part of the plate and exfoliation of the papers 9, 10. |
