PURPOSE:To make the concentration of a sample in separate distributive injections almost constant by correcting the distribution thereof so that the sample in the distributive delivery will almost attain a specified value in the order of the delivery according to the rate at which the concentration of the sample lowers as it is mixed with a cleaning water. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning liquid 28 is delivered from a probe 23 with the suction and discharge action of a syringe 30 at the cleaning position while injected into a cleaning tank 25 to clean the inner and outer walls of the probe 23 with the suction and discharge action of a syringe 32, filling the probe 23 and a passage. Then, while the probe 23 is moved to the position of sucking a sample, the syringe 26 is slightly operated to such air. Then, a probe is immersed into a sample 22 and the syringe 26 is operated to suck the sample 22 separated from the cleaning liquid 28 through an air layer 33. The sample comprises a waste sample 22-1, a substantially injected sample 22-2 and an excess sample 22-3. Considering that the concentration of the substantially injected sample lowers as it draws near the cleaning liquid 28, it is sucked more in the later order of the delivery. |
