PURPOSE:To perform the abnormality detection quickly at a steady state, by using the threshold values which are different in correspondence with the steady state and nonsteady state of a plant, thereby detecting the abnormality of the plant. CONSTITUTION:When the load of the plant is not fluctuated, only the output of a steady state threshold value setting device 7 is sent out of an adder 6 and compared with the absolute value of the difference between the detected value of the actual plant and the variable value of the corresponding model in a comparator 8. The result is discriminated in an abnormality judging device 10 and displayed on an abnormality display 11. When the load is fluctuated, a disturbance signal W1 is changed and the outputs of a transmission characteristic element 2 become a certain value or more for a certain time period. The output of a function generator 3 becomes +1. The value of a threshold value setting device 5, which is set by subtracting the steady state threshold value from the nonsteady state threshold voltage, is outputted from a multiplier 4. Both outputs from the steady state threshold setting device 7 and the threshold value setting device 5 are added in the adder 6, and the nonsteady state threshold value is outputted. |
