PURPOSE:To measure the concentricity and isodiametricity of small holes by recognizing the light passed through the punched small hole visually while rotating the work. CONSTITUTION:The work W which is mounted to a collet chuck 15 via a hollow spindle shaft 11 is rotated. In this state, a light source 22 is lighted and the light passing through the small hole punched in the work W is recognized visually with a microscopic condensing part 24, a microscopic visual recognizing part 26, etc. Then, when the concentricity of the small hole is perfect, the light image does not bounce and remains static. According to the extent of fine movements of the light image, the concentricity and isodiametricity of the small hole are measured easily and accurately. |
