PURPOSE:To obtain a liq. crystal display element enabling high-speed response and action in a wide temp. range by sticking a polarizing plate provided with an adhesive and an electrically conductive transparent film to a liq. crystal display element and by using the polarizing plate as a heater. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film 2 provided with an electrically conductive transparent film is stuck to the underside of an under polarizing plate 1 for a TN type liq. crystal display element with an adhesive. The under glass substrate 3 of the element, the upper glass substrate 4 and an upper polarizing plate 5 are arranged under the plate 1 in order. The film 2 is stuck to the plate 1 in a stage for sticking the plate 1 to the element. The positional relation of the film 2 to the plate 1 may be inverted, and the film 2 may be placed at the side of the plate 5. |
