PURPOSE:To remove a drift of a whole reference signal level, by applying a reference voltage to a sensor at every given time. CONSTITUTION:A data at a time when a reference pressure is measured when a solenoid valve 14 is connected to a reference pressure terminal 16 is stored in a processor 19. After said storing, the processor 19 transmits a signal so that the solenoid valve 14 is switched to a measurement voltage side 12. After switching, the processor 19 reads a value of a measurement pressure. The processor 19 is programmed so that the data at the reference pressure time is subtracted from said value. As a result, if said subtraction is conducted, it permits the removal of a drift of a system including a sensor. |
