摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of uneveness in detecting sensitivity of a transmitted light, by securing a transmitted light detector away from a sample holding stand whereon a sample is placed. CONSTITUTION:A sample 6 is placed on a sample holding stand 20, the sample 6 is moved by a driving system 21, the sample holding stand 20 consists of a clear quartz plate so that light from an exciting light source 1 transmits, and the transmitted light is detected by a detector 23 through a filter 22. Since the exciting light source 1 is fixed, the setting position of the filter 22 and the transmitted light detector 23 are fixed, the transmitted light detector can be reduced in a collecting area, and uneveness in a detecting sensitivity can be removed. After a difference between light quantity signals detected by an incident light detector 5 and the transmitted light detector 23 is computed by a computing circuit 15, an output thereof is inputted to a computing circuit 16. The computing circuit 16 inputs a light quantity signal detected by a photoluminescence light detector 11, computes it along with the computing output of the computing circuit 15, and outputs a photoluminescence light intensity in which a transmitted light quantity is corrected.
