<p>The concrete pile section production system uses a mould split in two in the lengthwise direction, and in which reinforcing material is inserted before pouring, while a metal bush is fitted over the pile section at one or both ends, so that on pouring part of the bush is filled. The bush (5) which contains an open passage, is inserted part-way at the end of one mould section after which a mould component (4) is inserted to fill the passage. A vibratory device (6) is then mounted at the other end of the first mould section (1), its shape and dimensions corresponding to the protruding portion of the bush. A measured quantity of relatively dry concrete is then poured, and the second mould section (2) is pressed down onto the first one.</p> |
