<p>The anchoring device is for manual jacks used on freight containers, portable cabins etc. It comprises a tube sliding on endless screws and manual actuators fixed to top and bottom corner fittings on the container. Each device comprises a first supporting bar, and a second bar acting as a windbrace, fixed to the tube and hinging at points spaced apart on a container wall. The supporting bar hinges on an intermediate piece detachably secured to the container corner fitting. A strut joins the top intermediate piece and the bottom supporting bar.</p> |
