Pack for holding mussels or similar prods. comprises a first space to hold the mussels and a lower second space to receive the moisture dripping off via an opening at the lowest point of the downwardly inclined partition between the two spaces. The pack consists of a tubular bag in weldable thermoplastic foil having a seal-welded bottom end, whilst the partition is formed by a downwardly inclined weld seam which is arranged at a distance above the bottom seal, and contains an unwelded portion at its lower end to provide the opening.
