PURPOSE:To prevent print circuit boards from producing epoxy smears by supporting the drill thrust impressed to the print circuit boards at the slide and contact faces of stands and transfering effectively the vibration of ultrasonic wave tremblers for discharging cutting chips to the print circuit boards. CONSTITUTION:Print circuit boards 3a and 3b are supported at edge sections, moved in the same plane as that of the boards 3a and 3b, and positioned. The above mentioned edge sections are slidden on the slide face of stands 9a and 9b and positioned freely slidably owing to the spout of compressed air at the above mentioned positions. Tremblers are arranged to the lower sections of the stands 9a and 9b to help the smooth discharge of of cutting chips by making holes with the use of drill heads 8a and 8b and giving vibration to the boards 3a and 3b simultaneously preventing the boards from producing smears. Therefore, the surface roughness of holes is improved. |
