PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing process and cost, and expand the application of a hydraulic brake valve by a method wherein a shuttle valve is provided between each inside end fitting part of left and right check valves of a counterbalance valve, in the titled device. CONSTITUTION:Inside end surfaces of two check valves 13 and 14 of a counterbalance valve 1a are protruded as the V-shape, a shuttle valve 1d is formed between their fitting parts, also selectively interconnected to a hydraulic inlet and outlet 17, 18 from a hydraulic pump 8 via pipelines 15, 16, further, connected to a exhaust pipeline 6 which is connected to a retaining brake 4 via a outlet pipeline 19 and a restrictor 20. |
