PURPOSE:To make uniform current distribution at end portions of a cell by arranging a current collecting plate having a plurality of terminals in the both stacked ends of a fuel cell constructed by stacking a plurality of unit cells. CONSTITUTION:An insulating plate 3a and a current collecting plate 4a are placed on a lower tightening tool 2a, and a stacked cell 7 constructed by inserting a cooling device 6 in a plurality of unit cells is placed on the current collecting plate 4a. A current collecting plate 4b, an insulating plate 3b, and an upper tightening tool 2b are placed thereon in order, and they are tightened with tightening rods 8 to form a fuel cell main body 1, and they are accommodated in an accommodation tank 10. A plurality of terminals 13 are installed in the current collecting plates 4a and 4b, and are connected to outside terminals 15 through each lead wire 14. Since terminals 13 are more than one, current is divided and current distribution at each point of the unit cell surface is made uniform and cell performance is increased. |
