<p>PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance and permit rapid assembly without using adhesives and sealing members by welding the bottom cover of a pump chamber by utilizing ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:A cap 18 and a rotor part 10a are set in each position,and a pump housing 3 part into which a guiding rod 81 is insert through a bearint 9 on the own side and an assebly are lowered from above the rotor 10a part of a motor, and finellay the top edge 7a of the shaft 7 of the motor is inserted into the truncated-cone-shaped concaved part 83 at the top edge 82 of the guiding rod 81. Then, the upper pressing member 85 is lowered, and the pump housing 3 and the cap 18 are fitted in respective convex and cancaved parts. Then, a cover 5 is applied onto the bottom part of the pump chamber 6 in a pump housing 3, and said cover 5 is pressed onto the pump housing 3 by using an ultrasonic-wave horn.</p> |
