<p>PURPOSE:The titled preventive that contains polyoxyethylene hexitan monooleate as an active ingredient, thus preventing the formation of a big space between the skin and the bunch of segments and skin swelling, thus avoiding the deterioration during storage and distribution. CONSTITUTION:Polyoxyethylene hexitan monooleate of the formula[R is CH3 (CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)7-; n is 20]is used as an active ingredient, which is diluted with water 50-500 times and the resultant solution is applied to fruits. In practice, 100-300 times dilution is preferred particularly. It is sprayed at the end of October or beginning of November, preferably when the skins of fruits color by about 10-20%. The amount of the diluted solution to be sprayed is preferably about 400-500l per 10 areas.</p> |
