发明名称 ACYLATION METHOD OF AROMATIC COMPOUND
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an aromatic acylated compound selectively in high yield, by reacting an aromatic compound with a dicarboxylic acid monoester halide in the presence of an acidic catalyst, e.g. a ferric halide or gallium halide. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formulaI(Ar is an aromatic residue which may be substituted by an alkoxyl or halogen) is reacted with a compound of formula II (R<1> is a bivalent hydrocarbon residue; R<2> is a hydrocarbon group; X is a halogen) to give a compound of formula III. In the process, the reaction is carried out in the presence of an acidic catalyst, e.g. a ferric halide, ferric sulfate, iron oxide, antimonic halide, gallium halide, indium halide, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid or fluorosulfonic acid. The reaction is usually carried out in the presence of an organic solvent, e.g. an aliphatic halogenated hydrocarbon, at 20-70 deg.C for 1-4hr. USE:Fields of agricultrural chemicals, medicines, etc.
