发明名称 FLOW RATE REGULATING VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for working holes of high accuracy in a manihold in which a valve spool slides by providing a sleeve on the inside circumferential surface of the manihold, and making the holes communicating the manihold and the sleeve openable and closable with the valve spool. CONSTITUTION:When a die casting machine or the like adapting this flow rate regulating valve 1 is in a non-operating state, a valve spool 31 is advanced leftward, and in the through-holes 40a, 40b of a sleeve 40, the communication between the 1st chamber 30a and the groove 32 of the spool 31 is interrupted. In an operating state, the groove 32 is first communicated with the hole 40b, and the primary side working fluid conducted to a bore 30 side flows through the groove 32 into the hole 40b and is supplied to an injection cylinder. Then, the hole 40a is communicated with the bore 30. All required in this case is merely to increase the working accuracy of the inside circumferential surface of the sleeve 40, and a slight decrease in the working accuracy of the holes of a manihold 29 is permitted, whereby economy is obtained.
