PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which is made simple and light over the entire part and is made inexpensive by constituting a piston rod which is operated by compressed air of a hollow good conductor of electricity, and supplying a filler metal wire and a shielding gas through a hollow hole to the preceding end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 5 having a piston 4 which is operated by the compressed air supplied through ports 2a, 3a in a cylinder tube 1 consists of double pipes consisting of an iron pipe and a copper pipe, or copper or a copper alloy punched with a hole in the core part, and a contact tip 6 provided with a through-hole 6a for a filler wire 10 and a small hole 6b ejecting a shielding gas and a nozzle 8 are mounted to the preceding end on the side projecting from a rod cover 2, and a metal fitting a for power feed in mounted to the preceding and of the head cover 3 side. An electric cable 12 for feeding of welding power and a conduit cable 14 for supplying of the wire 10 and a shielding gas are connected thereto and a dog 13 for pushing a limit switch is provided. |
