PURPOSE:To reduce labor and costs in mating of skin materials without damaging the skin materials by welding a horse member on the groove slopes of the skin members and mating the skin members. CONSTITUTION:The bottom end D' of a horse member 3 is welded to the groove slope of a skin material b' and is erected within the perpendicular plane. A horse member 1 is inserted into the slit of the member 3 and a tapered liner is driven between the material (b) and the member 1, whereby the materials are mated. The materials (b), b' are welded and upon completion of the welding, the member 3 is removed, and the weld zone is subjected to regular welding. |
