PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic substance film with low noise, by forming a specific film thickness with overlapped printing of a minute thickness of film on a base, in the magnetic substance film forming with the printing method. CONSTITUTION:In making the thickness of coating film 6 to be printed thin, the degree of uneven print 6A is decreased, a pitch P2 of the unevenness 6A is made short, and in printing this coating film for a lot of overlapped printings, the unevenness is integrated and averaged more with more overlapped times, allowing to suppress noise of the printed magnetic substance film. That is, in this method, the film having <=1mu of coating film at one time is overlapped for >=2 times on the base and the magnetic substance film of the specified film thickness is obtained, allowing to minimize noise of the film. |
