A manufacturing method for low pressure mercury lamp comprises a valve inserting process into exhaust pipe (2), a mercury putting process into exhaust head (5), a heat exhaust process of gas in valve coated with fluorescent paint where gas exhaustion in head(5) and valve(3) is performed too, an electrodes forming process at the ends of valve, a mercury putting process from exhaust head(5) into valve(3) where a process for putting active gas into valve(3) is performed too, a sealing and a cutting processes of valve(3).
