This invention relates to the nickel alloyed paste for forming thick film on the non-conductivity substrate. Meta llization of finely devided non-noble metal useful in conductor formation, comprises nickel-boron metal alloy. The grain size of the nicke1-boron metal alloy is <325 mesh. The ratios of the nickel alloyed powder and the glass frit, are 60:40, 70:30, 80:20 and 90:10. So, the nickel alloyed paste is manufactured and the thick film conductor is coated on the alumina substrate.
