PURPOSE:To make the detection level of a failed flow path constant with respect to arbitrary rotating speed and fluid resistance, by discriminating that the deviation between a pressure of fluid and an expected fluid pressure is a permissible fluid pressure deviation or over and detecting a failure of the flow path. CONSTITUTION:A flow regulating signal 103 is given from a flow regulator and a fluid resistance signal 104(R0) is obtained from the signal 103 at a fluid resistance operating element 12. A rotating speed signal 105(n0) is obtained from a set rotating speed signal 101 to obtain a flow-fluid pressure characteristic curve H(n0). An expected pressure operating element 13 obtains an expected fluid pressure signal 106 from the signals 104 and 105. A permissible pressue operating element 14 obtains HU, HL of upper/lower limit permissible fluid pressure signal 107 from the signal 104. A fluid pressure operating element 16 obtains a fluid pressure signal 109(HX) from the signal 105 and a torque signal 102. A comparison circuit 108 obtains the absolute value of the HL-H0 and HX-H), compares them and monitors a failure in the flow path. |
