PURPOSE:To eliminate a large capacity digital memory, by reproducing signals by turning a rotary recording medium at a normal reproducing speed and sampling the reproduced signals in a proper order and only a part of a frame to store them in an analog memory. CONSTITUTION:The video signal of a disk 1 which is read out of a head 2 is supplied to a gate circuit 19 and a synchronous separating circuit 17 via a demodulating circuit 16. The horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals separated by the circuit 17 is supplied to a synchronous motor driving circuit 14 as well as to a gate control circuit 18. The open period of the gate 19 is controlled by the circuit 18. A part of a frame of a video signal is sampled to store it in an analog shift register 8. When the storage equivalent to a horizontal period is over, the contents of the register 8 are converted into digital signals by a control circuit 100 and through an A/D converter 9 to put the signals on a telephone circuit. |
