<p>PURPOSE:To enable to generate a stable detection signal and a large torque by employing a movable element having a reflection type photosensor, plating black chromium on projections forming pole teeth of a stator and coating paint having high reflectivity on recesses. CONSTITUTION:A movable element which has a reflection type sensor 1 made, for example, of a light emitting element 2 and a photodetector 3 for detecting the projections and the recesses of pole teeths 4a by the reflected light from the surfaces of the pole teeth 4a of a stator 4' is used. Black chromium 12 is plated on the surfaces of the projections forming the pole teeth 4a of the stator 4', and paint 13 having light reflectivity higher than the chromium plating 12 is coated on the surfaces of the projections. For example, after the chromium plating 12 is coated on the slit member 11 made of a magnetic material having rectangular nothces 11a longitudinally at the prescribed pitch, the member 11 is bonded onto the plate member 10. Thereafter, after paint 13 of such as white color is coated on the overall surface, only the paint 13 on the surface of the member 10 is wiped off, and the stator 4' is completed.</p> |
