<p>PURPOSE:To prepare wax-free liquid hydrocarbon with a good yield, by bringing synthetic gas into contact with a crystalline silicate catalyst. CONSTITUTION:1mol of silica source (e.g. powdered silica), 0.001-50mol (in terms of M2O [where M is H, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal]) of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal source (e.g. NaOH), 0.001-0.1mol (in terms of Ru2O3) of Ru source (e.g. Ru2O3) and, when necessary, a crystallizing agent (e.g. morpholine) are made to interact at 80-300 deg.C for 0.5hr-30 days. The resultant crystals are separated and, after washing with water, are dried to obtain a crystalline silicate catalyst of the formula (where n is the valency of M; 0<p<=1; 0.001<a<0.1). synthetic gas is brought into contact with the catalyst at 250-350 deg.C, under the pressure of 20-150kg/cm<2>G and at the gas space valocity of 500-10,000hr<-1>.</p> |
