PURPOSE:To attain transmission in response to the status of a terminal device, by providing a means storing a signal input line, a signal output line and a picture signal, and a switching means changing over transmission of the picture signal to apply it whether the signal output line or the storage means. CONSTITUTION:The picture signal outputted from readers R1-R4 is transmitted to a receptionable recording section among selected tansmission addresses with a control section CPU via an exchange network 701 on real time. If there is a reception disable terminal among the selected transmission addresses, the picture information is inputted to a page memory 702 and transmitted after the busy state of the selected transmission address is released. |
