A digital multifunction clock consists of the first memory cell containing time command signal and the second memory cell replacing time signal from lower place to upper place in memory cell with refered time base signal, a counter receiving time signal which is shorter than said time base signal, a buffer storing output of counter temporarily and a display showing time signal stored in the second memory cell.
