PURPOSE:To prevent careless mistake of the operator in confirming the shape to be processed and in grasping it, by drawing a graphic diagram on a display screen based on a drawing speed set with a graphic drawing time override button. CONSTITUTION:In a numeric controller, an override value set with the graphic drawing time override button installed on an input operation section 6 is transferred to an override time generating section 10 in a graphic diagram coordinate value operating section 9. The section 10 generates a periodic pulse based on the value set at the inside and when a drawing start button is depressed, the section 9 reads out data relating to the shape to be processed from a processing program stored in a processing program memory 7 at each reception of the pulse, executes the interpolation of the coordinate forming the shape to be processed of the graphic diagram based on the data one by one point independently of each coordinate, and stored the result in a display memory 11 after the conversion into display two-dimensional data, and a drawing section 12 makes drawing based on the result of storage. |
