摘要 PURPOSE:To mass produce two kinds of molded products of different materials at a time by conforming Z direction center positions of molding mandrels of extruders for crystalline resin and non-crystalline resin equipped with transferring devices of X and Y directions with molding center position of a clamping device for molding crystalline and non-crystalline resins alternatively. CONSTITUTION:An extruder 5 is transferred automatically or manually to conform the center of the end of a molding mandrel 9 with the center of mold of a clamping device 1, and if both centers are not conformed with, they are adjusted by a Y axis transferring device. Then, a parison is dropped into the mold from a molding mandrel 10 of the extruder 5 and inserted with the mold and cut off, when the clamping device 1 is moved to the lower section of a blowing device 2 by the action of a hydraulic cylinder and the like, and a nozzle blows compressed air into the parison in the mold by the action of said blowing device 2 to blow mold a specified hollow molded product. When another extruder 6 is used, the center of the end of molding mandrel 9 is conformed with the center of mold of the clamping device 2 in the similar way as above, and similar processes onward as above are performed.
