PURPOSE:To eliminate an interface at same potential as a system controller for economization by controlling a measuring control section with the system controller transmitting or receiving data from the measuring control section as affected by a high voltage at floating state, employing an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A spiral current is measured through a current detetion resiston 18 and a buffer amplifier 20 and a spiral voltage is measured with a resiston 19 and an amplifier 21. The voltage and current of other parts are likewise measured with a cathode potential as reference. Signals proportional to the voltage and current of various parts obtained from a power source section 8 are selected with a multiplexer 22 of a measuring control section 13 and converted into digital values with an A/D converter 23 to be stored n a memory 25. Then, the signals are fed to a controller 17 via a transmitter 28 and a select switch 34 through an I/O section 27 according to a command therefrom 17. Only two of optical fibers are enough for one life tester as illustrated. Testers desired to be controlled are selected with the select switch 34 and controlled with the system controller 17. This can eliminate a costly interface. |
