PURPOSE:To use a tester efficiently with a less idle time thereof produced for the movement of parts by permitting the sending out and in of other parts while one part is tested employing a plurality of lines. CONSTITUTION:With a contact 2A closed, a part 3C is tested while a part 3D stands by at a contact 2B. After the end of the testing, the contact 2A is opened to release the part 3C and at the same time, a testing signal of a tester 1 is applied to a part 3D from the contact 2B. As soon as the testing of the part 3D starts, the part 3C is sent out to the subsequent process from a line 4A. Subsequently, the next part 3E is moved to the position of the contact 2A, which is closed. This reduces the idle time of the tester produced for the movement of parts thereby enabling efficient use of the tester. |
