发明名称 PREPARATION OF SOYA MILK
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain soya milk by pulverizing soaked soybeans, heating and pressing the pulverized beans to obtain soya milk, adjusting the pH of the soya milk to a definite level, and passing the milk through a column packed with a synthetic adsorption resin having porous macro-network and obtained by the polymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene to remove the sobybean smell from the milk. CONSTITUTION:Soybean grains are immersed in water for 10hr, ground while adding hot water thereto, boiled for a short time, cooled, and pressed to obtain soya milk. The pH of the milk is adjusted to 7-8 with sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, etc. After the pH-adjustment, the soya milk is passed through a column packed with a synthetic adsorption resin which is a rigid, insoluble, porous nonpolar polymer having macro-network structure and obtained by the polymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene. The odorous components and the coloring components of the soya milk are removed by the resin treatment, and the obtained soya milk has a milk-like taste.
