An oscillator circuit for a few-channel radio unit is proposed which has a phase-locked loop with which a phase comparison circuit (13) is associated to which a maximum reference frequency (fR) is to be applied. A second, adjustable frequency divider (18) disposed between one output (16) of the oscillator circuit and one input (17) of the phase comparison circuit (13) is to have a comparatively low divider ratio. To achieve this object, a first frequency divider (11) with an adjustable divider ratio is provided between a crystal generator (10) and one input (12) of the phase comparison circuit, and a third frequency divider (19) with a fixed, relatively high divider ratio is connected upstream from the second adjustable frequency divider (18). <IMAGE>
