PURPOSE:To provide a flat battery with a high liquid-leakage resistance by fusing both positive and negative terminal to a battery case, with insulating films interposed between these members. CONSTITUTION:In a flat battery, the space formed between a can 8 and a positive terminal 7 is sealed with a joining member 14, while a space 15 formed between the can 8 and a negative terminal 9 is sealed by fusing together fluoroplastic films 8a and 9a provided, respectively, on the surfaces of the can 8 and the negative terminal 9. Therefore, the members constituting a battery case can be completely unified together, and generation of gap between these members can be prevented. |
