PURPOSE:To obtain the hot water supplier installed in a food service counter which has a very simple structure and can serve hot water of a substantially constant temperature from a water supply ports at any position in a hot water supply tube. CONSTITUTION:When a water supply valve 14 of a water supply tube 15 is opened and an electric source circuit is closed, at first vacant burning prevention sensor starts operation, and power supply to a heater 12 is started after it is confirmed that water is filled in a heating cylinder 13 and a hot water tube 10 in the vicinity of a upmost position A. Then the water heated by the heater 12 starts convection and flows out of the heating cylinder 13, ascending within the both rising parts 10a of the hot water supply tube 10, then ascending gradually as guided by the inclined tube 10, and finally flowing toward the upmost position A. On the other hand, fresh water flows down from the upmost position A through a return tube 10b, ascends through a water supply tube 16 after having passed below a floor surface F, and finally flows into the heating cylinder 13. Thus a convection passage is formed, and the water temperature in the hot water supply tube 10 rises by receiving the successive heating by the heater 12. |
