PURPOSE:To obtain the burner which enables a complate combustion of waste tires and the like and a uniform temperature control by a method wherein a strong swirling stream is caused in the combustion gas to separate and exhaust solid component contained in the combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:A firing burner 5 is disposed in the upper part of a furnce body 1 and the tires 6 piled up with the flat surfaces superposed are fired from the top thereof. A second combustion chamber 10 is mounted on the upper surface of the furnace body 1. At the partitioning part of the chamber 10, a middle cover 11 of stainless steel having a plurality of gas discharging ports 12 is interposed. On the upper side of a vane 13 which is bent toward the second combustion chamber side, a plurality of air sending pipes 14 are arranged as directed toward one direction for introducing external air and causing the swirling strean of combustion gas in the second combustion chamber 10. Thus a combustible combustion gas gasified in the furnace body 1 is burned completely. Numerals 15 and 16 denote sieves for removing powdery dust having a catalizing function for improving the burning efficiency of the burner furthermore. |
