PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an exhauster, by carrying out reduction of an oxide left over inside a glass tube with fairly lower temperature than ever before, while removing almost completely the residual oxide in the glass tube as well as making a filament so as to get off unlighted. CONSTITUTION:In the exhausting process of work, while sealing charged gases including a volume 0.05% of methylene bromide and a volume 0.05% of carbon tetrachloride contained in a nitrogen dioxide gas into a glass tube, the wall of the glass tube is heated from the outside by a burner without lighting a filament inside the glass tube whereby the temperature of an inner lead wire and the like in the glass tube is raised up, then an oxide inside the glass tube is reduced by carbon monoxide and the produced carbon dioxide gas is exhausted out of the glass tube together with the charged gas. |
