PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of production largely by manufacturing a coil continuous body by winding a frame-shaped conductor foil with a plurality of beltlike sections and a connection section connecting the beltlike sections and separating the continuous body into several coil. CONSTITUTION:When coils are wound up to another ends of conductor foil 1, exhaust from a winding core shaft 6 is stopped and the winding core shaft 6 is drawn out, the continuous body of the coils in which a plural stage of coils 8 are connected can be manufactured. The continuous body of the coils is heated in order to remove the residual strain stress of the beltlike sections 2 of the coils 8 wound. The continuous connecting sections 3 extending from both ends of each coil 8 are cut so that the connecting sections are left as coil leads 3', 3''..., and a plurality of cylindrical coils 8 with central holes 9 and the cords 3', 3'' at the beginning of winding and the end of winding are manufactured. Accordingly, a large number of the coils can be produced at the same time, and the efficiency of production can be improved largely. |
