PURPOSE:To improve heat-resisting property and magnetic characteristics by injecting and molding 5-20wt% thermoplastic resin having the thermal deformation temperature of 130 deg.C or more and a mixture, a special section thereof consists of SmCo5, etc. and Sm7.8 magnet powder, at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:SmCo5, Sm8.2 And Sm7.8 group rare-earth magnet powder is used as magnet powder, mixed with prescribed heat reversible resin, and injected and molded within the temperature range of 230-300 deg.C. Accordingly, magnetic characteristics, residual flux density and coercive force which have not been obtained in conventional resin magnets can be acquired. Mechanical strength can also be improved up to an extent more than other resin magnets by determining the quantity of resin to 5-20wt%. Consequently, heat-resisting property and magnetic characteristics can be improved. |
