PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and automation by integrally forming a square pillar-shaped projecting section when a cylindrical bobbin is molded with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The square pillar-shaped projecting section 4 is formed integrally to a coil terminal holding section 3 while being adjoined to a coil terminal 5 in a face at the side where the end section of the conductor 6 of the coil terminal holding section 3 is wound. The end section wound onto the bobbin 1 is wound simultaneously around the coil terminal 5 and the square pillar-shaped projecting section 4 without separately wound shape but in shape that they are wound together. The conductor is wound by predetermined numbers, surplus conductor is torn off by tension, and the conductor is connected through soldering. Consequently, the end section of the conductor 6 is cut easily by the edge section of the square pillar-shaped projecting section 4, no tension is applied to a coil section wound onto the bobbin 1, and there is no danger of the accident of breaking. Accordingly, manufacture and automation can be facilitated. |
