PURPOSE:To electronically control a governor, timer and quantity control function with simple construction, by controlling relief stop and start timing and start and stop timing of injection through a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:An injection pump 3 accepted with delivered fuel from a feed pump 2 feeds the fuel of equal amount at each time from a distributive port 32 once two revolutions of an engine. Then a valve body 63 of a linear solenoid valve 6 begins to close at turning off of current conduction and decrease a relief amount, and pressure in a chamber 431 of a booster device 4 is started to increase and appled to a two-stage piston 48, then fuel pressure in a delivery side liquid chamber 441 is increased, if the pressure reaches the opening pressure of a nozzle 51, injection is started. Then a relief is started by reconduction of an electric current in the valve 6 to stop the injection. While in case of small load, if a low level of electric current is conducted without stopping electric conduction, the injection can be relieved in accordance with a quantity of electric conduction to enable the selection of an optional injection rate. On the other hand, a total quantity of injection is controlled by considering injection timing and injection rate pattern. |
