A device for making a qualification card (13) with a picture (11) of the owner of the card and with alphanumeric signs (12), a selector (8) for alphanumeric signs being provided to operate a printing device, characterized by - a video camera (2) for recording a picture of the owner of the card, - means (6) for digitalization of the video picture connected to the video camera (2), - electronic control means (7) connected to the means (6) for digitalization and to the selector (8) for alphanumeric signs, and - a thermosensitive or electrosensitive printing head (9) actuated by the electronic control means (7) for recording the video picture (11) and the alphanumeric signs (12) on the card (10) which is provided with a thermosensitive or electrosensitive layer. |
