PURPOSE:To obtain a proper and sure joint of the titled sheet easily, by abutting the binding members on the joint part of a rubber sheet stuck to a drum and composing to pull and bind the both sides of the rubber sheet. CONSTITUTION:A binding device having the binding members 5, 6 is provided facing to a drum 1. After a tread 12 has been cut in a predetermined size is stuck on the drum 1 and the both cut parts are joined each other, a joint part is faced to the front of the binding device by rotating the drum 1. Next, the binding device is driven and the binding members 5, 6 are abutted on each other over the both sides of the joint part of the tread 12 on the drum 1, then the binding member 5 is moved to the side of the binding member 6 and the joint part is bound by displacing the edge parts of the both sides of the joint part so as to approach by the fingers 17, 18 of the binding members 5, 6. |
