The invention relates to a wall element for industrial and office building, in particular as an inner layer in multi-layer outer walls of halls, the length of which is much greater than the width and which can be fixed to the columns of the supporting structures. To construct such a wall element in such a way that cold bridges between the wall elements or the hall construction elements carrying the latter are avoided and that the element itself can be adapted in a simple way to a wide variety of requirements, i.e. in particular permits a maximum degree of prefabrication, it is proposed according to the invention that it consists of a rigid foam panel (1), the longitudinally extending side faces (2) of which are bordered by substantially U-shaped metallic profiles (3), and that at least one longitudinal extending groove (5), which can be brought into engagement with holding elements (7) fixed to the columns (6) of the hall construction, is provided in each side face (2) in the profile (3). <IMAGE> |
