PURPOSE:To release a soft molded object without breaking it, with a little force and easily from a mold by synergistic action of needle-shaped members inserted into the soft molded object made by a mold etc. and compressed air. CONSTITUTION:Needle-shaped members 7 are inserted with a certain angle to the molded object 2 in a mold 1 and released from the mold by the synergistic action of the mechanical tension given by this needle-shaped member to the molded object and the compressed air supplied to the boundary point between the molded object 2 and the mold 1 through the needle-shaped members. The rotary arm 5 making up an inserting device can elevate freely through the shaft 6 and the needle-shaped members 7 are fixed to the end parts of the rotary arms 5. A compressed air supply passage 8 is in the inner part of the needle member 7. Air is supplied from one end of the flexible air hose 9 and discharged from the other end 8a. The needle-shaped members 7 come from and into the molded object by the elevation of the rotary arms 5 at a certain angle. Supplied compressed air enters the boundary between the mold 1 and the molded object 2 stuck to each other from the discharging hole 8a and separates them. |
