PURPOSE:To protect electronic component parts from water infiltration and damp by a method wherein an elastic film is provided in the vessel to divide the inside into two chambers, the electronic parts are accommodated in the hermetically sealed chamber on one side, and the chamber on another side is communicated with the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The elastic film 14 to adhere the circumference closely on a rubber sealing ring 13 in a groove 10 is arranged on the upper edge face of the vessel 2, a cover 9 is put thereon to be fixed hermetically by compressing toward the direction of the vessel 2 according to an elastic clamp 15. The tip of the clamp 15 is engaged with a groove 9B on the side of the vessel 2. A terminal 6 at the connector part 1 is led in the chamber 17 on the insulating substrate 4 side, and a cushion 18 is arranged between the functional element on the substrate 4 and the elastic film 14. According to this construction, the chamber 17 is held at atmospheric pressure always according to transference of the elastic film 14, and moreover the film 14 prevents invasion of water and damp invaded in the chamber 16 side into the chamber 17. The vessel thereof is of low cost, and is adapted for mass production. |
