摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the sensitivity over a wide wavelength range by combining a specified charge generating substance with a specified charge transferring substance. CONSTITUTION:In an electrophotographic receptor, a mixture or 1pt.wt. of copper phthalocyanine pigment with 0.1-10pts. oxazole deriv. represented by structural formula A is used as a charge generating substance, and trinitrofluorenone represented by structural formula B is used as a charge transferring substance. A layer of the charge generating substance having 0.5-5mum thickness and a layer of a charge transferring substance having 8-30mum thickness are laid on an electrically conductive support. Copper phthalocyanine has photosensitivity in the red region and said oxazole deriv. has photosensitivity in the blue region. When they are mixed, the photosensitivity in the red region is increased by about 1.5-2 times and the mixture has high sensitivity in 500-825nm, so it is suitable for a semiconductor laser light source.
