<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the sense capability of a sense amplifier even if the power source voltage is fluctuated, by making the power source dependency of a reference power source, which is provided for generating a reference voltage, proper. CONSTITUTION:A reference power source 2 consists of two MOSFETs Q'1 and Q'2 which are connected in series. On FET Q'1 is in the depletion mode, and its gate and source are connected to a power supply terminal VCC. The other FET Q'2 is in the enhancement mode, and its source is set to the earth potential, and the gate is connected to the power source VCC. By this constitution, the dependency of the reference power source 2 upon the power source VCC is made proper. Consequently, the power source dependency of a differential amplifier 1 upon the reference voltage is reduced. Thus, the sense capability of the sense amplifier is not lowered even if the power source voltage is fluctuated.</p> |
