PURPOSE:To distinguish at a glance the container of a used recording medium, by setting a printing means to the container of the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:An ink ject part 4 is provided to a cover 3 of a cassette storing part 2 of a portable video tape recorder 1. Then a cassette 7 in a recording medium container at the part 2 perfomrs recording, etc. The printing is carried out on a writing surface 8 of the cassette 7 when the part 4 works in response to a command given from a system controller. In such a constitution, the container of a used recording medium can be distinguished at a glance. It is possible to replace the printing with use of the jet ink with the heating printing, etc. to obtain the same result. |
